Refund policy

If there's an issue with your order or you're not satisfied, please reach out as soon as possible to sales@marimolabs.com

Marimo Laboratories LLC is a small innovation company focused on making the very best products via community manufacturing. This is a new way of making, and there may be hiccups. All feedback is extremely helpful.

For direct orders on the Marimo Labs Store, we accept returns for defect or dissatisfaction. Please reach out within 30 days of order delivery. Please provide as much detail as possible about what's wrong so we can fix it for you and improve products for the future. We'll first troubleshoot with you or replace parts as needed. If we're not able to solve the problem to your satisfaction, we will refund your purchase, minus the shipping charge.

Sometimes problems surface later. Please still reach out and we'll do our best to help with replacement parts and troubleshooting.

You are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend a method that includes tracking. Items sent back to us without first requesting and confirming a return will not be accepted. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
